If you click on an Employee, you'll see a preview of past pay periods no problem, but if you say use the pencil in the upper right hand corner to edit the employees information, again the screen flashes and Then they employee center loads and you can Lower box gets painted, the rest of the screen is the blank background and there is a wait of anywhere from 25~45 seconds before the rest of the screen fills in.
